By purchasing any coaching program or service from deJoly ("Coach"), you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is an educational and personal development service intended to provide guidance, accountability, encouragement, and support. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice.
2. Coaching Services
Your purchased program may include coaching calls, group coaching sessions, Voxer or messaging support, worksheets, journal exercises, recordings, downloadable resources, PDFs, and other materials as described on the program sales page.
3. Program Access
Program length, session frequency, and available resources are determined by the specific coaching program purchased. Access begins upon enrollment unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment
By purchasing a coaching program, you agree to pay the full program investment according to the payment option selected at checkout.
If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of participation, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Coach.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of coaching services until the account is brought current.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access provided to coaching, intellectual property, digital materials, and reserved coaching time, all purchases are final.
No refunds, cancellations, credits, or transfers will be provided unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
6. Scheduling
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
At least 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered forfeited.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Attend scheduled coaching sessions.
Participate respectfully.
Complete agreed assignments and exercises.
Communicate honestly.
Take responsibility for implementing coaching guidance.
The Client understands that personal growth and results depend upon their own actions and commitment.
8. Coach Responsibilities
The Coach agrees to provide coaching services professionally, maintain appropriate confidentiality where legally permitted, provide the services included in the purchased program, and foster a respectful coaching environment.
9. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching will be kept confidential except when disclosure is required by law or when there is a reasonable belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to the Client or another individual.
10. Results Disclaimer
Every Client's experience is different.
The Coach makes no guarantees regarding personal, financial, business, emotional, or other outcomes.
Results depend on many factors, including the Client's commitment, consistency, implementation, decisions, and circumstances beyond the Coach's control.
11. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials—including workbooks, worksheets, journal prompts, recordings, videos, frameworks, templates, presentations, and other resources—remain the exclusive intellectual property of deJoly.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, licensed, published, or taught without prior written permission.
12. Session Recordings
Coaching sessions may be recorded for educational purposes or for the Client's personal use. When applicable, Clients will be informed before recording begins.
13. Communication
Coaching communication is available only through the methods included in your purchased program.
Response times vary and are generally provided during normal business hours.
Coaching services are not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
14. Termination
The Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching services if a Client engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
The Client may discontinue participation at any time; however, discontinuing participation does not release the Client from any remaining financial obligations under a payment plan.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in coaching services.
The Client accepts full responsibility for all personal, professional, financial, legal, medical, and business decisions made before, during, or after coaching.
16. Governing Law
These Coaching Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which deJoly's business is legally established.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Coaching Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a coaching program, submitting payment, or checking the acceptance box during checkout, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Coaching Terms & Conditions.
