Nothing provided by deJoly, LLC is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Payment & Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are subject to the applicable refund policy for the product or service purchased.
Payment plans must be completed according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Access to programs or services may be suspended if payment obligations are not fulfilled.

Those agreements are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of your purchase agreement.
Respectful Participation
deJoly, LLC is committed to providing a respectful, welcoming, and supportive environment.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward facilitators, staff, guest speakers, and fellow participants.
Disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful behavior may result in immediate removal from a program, retreat, membership, workshop, or event without refund.
Confidentiality
deJoly, LLC respects the privacy of all participants.
Information shared during private coaching sessions will be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent imminent harm.
For group experiences, while participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Participants remain responsible for deciding what personal information they choose to share.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by deJoly, LLC—including but not limited to workbooks, journal prompts, coaching materials, retreat materials, exercises, videos, recordings, frameworks, templates, guides, courses, presentations, and digital resources—remains the exclusive intellectual property of deJoly, LLC and deJoly LaBrier.
These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, licensed, taught, or shared without prior written permission.
Communication
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your purchases, participation, account information, educational resources, event updates, and other relevant information from deJoly, LLC.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. However, transactional communications related to your purchases or participation may still be sent as necessary.
